Refund Policy
All payments for MarkeFlow or for services provided via MarkeFlow are in USD or INR and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.If you decide to cancel your MarkeFlow membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the my.MarkeFlow.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; MarkeFlow Funnels designs, MarkeFlow Support Calls. You will be removed from the MarkeFlow Facebook Group.Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.If you wish to cancel your MarkeFlow subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address

A MarkeFlow user is responsible for paying all sums due to MarkeFlow in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the MarkeFlow user to use any of the services available through the service provided by MarkeFlow does not relieve the MarkeFlow user of their payment obligations under these Terms.Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
With your membership to my.MarkeFlow.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive MarkeFlow-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; MarkeFlow funnel designs, MarkeFlow Emails, MarkeFlow Automations, and the MarkeFlow Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on MarkeFlow Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within MarkeFlow, exclusively for current MarkeFlow members only.This means that everything inside the MarkeFlow Ecosystem ( my.MarkeFlow.com) is non-transferable to any other MarkeFlow ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of MarkeFlow training materials outside of MarkeFlow membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited.
